When we give ourselves permission to be still and become fully immersed in the present moment we see how meditation requires no special technique.

It is our true nature to be aware and present. Our addiction to the content of our thoughts has resulted in many of us becoming blurred and blinded to the reality of our lives and our actions. If we simply remember to treat the present moment as more important than past or future then we become less caught up in the business (busy-ness!) of our mind.

Most of us require some form of regular sitting practise to make this a reality in our lives. Meditation instruction is available as private sessions and weekend retreats.
